About Me

Music has always been my passion and I learnt at a young age that, through my music, I was given the gift of healing. It would be over 30 years later before I totally realised that healing is a huge part of my life’s journey and so I embarked on a quest to learn how to do ‘hands on healing’. 

As a 40th birthday present to myself, I started the attunement process following the discipline of Reiki-Seichem. My teacher was/is Anastasia Sheppard with the assistance of her husband Garth and my Reiki lineage is 11 levels back to Dr Usui.

My aim is to help you to relax, be centered and feel grounded. It is time for you to destress and align your Chakras allowing Universal Healing Energy to cleanse your Soul.
